I know what it’s like to not let the real me out. I’ve been on and off that journey so many times… But believe me, as I look back, I see that the most exciting times along the way, although sometimes very scary, have been the times I have decided not to settle, but to come out and be exactly who I am! And the most painful times? Those were the times when I have been the times I’ve been off the journey, wanting to give up, to give in, and be like everyone else.
And regardless of whether I was on or off, being there alone always made it worse than it had to be.
Can you relate to what I’ve just said?
Do any of the following words ring for you?
- Deep inside, I know the truth, but I have a hard time admitting it to myself. Or, I know the truth and admit it to myself, but I still don’t act on it…(We die a little – or a lot – every time we do this! You know it’s true…)
- I answer with “good” or “fine” when people ask “How are you,” and I usually don’t mean it at all.(What would you rather say?)
- There are parts of my body and/or my personality that I really don’t like, sometimes even hate.(What if you learned – and came to believe – that you didn’t have to feel this way about any part of you?)
- I am constantly at war with my emotions – holding them down, pushing them back, etc.(What if you never had to “fight” with your emotions again, but could see them as healthy allies in your journey toward being more of yourself?)
- I feel as though I have been miscast in my life, like I am playing a role written by someone else, for someone else.(What if you got to be the author of your own life, and play the lead, too?)
- My job’s ok, but there’s something else out there, something so suited to me that only I can do it. Unfortunately, I don’t know what that is, or how I’d ever get to do it.(What if you were able to discover work that you loved that could only be done by you?)
- I feel like I’m in a rut, doing the same thing over and over, and stagnating instead of growing or having any kind of positive impact on anyone.(What if you could break out and walk away from the prison you’ve been living in? What if you could be creating a ripple of positive energy, instead?)
- I feel like I have been following everyone else’s rules for so long that I don’t even know what I want anymore.(What if you could not only be reconnected with your desires, but give yourself permission to go for them?)
You can! And isn’t it about time?

I have a six-month program that will encourage you, stretch you, and gently pull you out of that dark place you go inside and bring you out here, into the world of Technicolor!
It’s called Come Out, Come Out, Whoever You Are, and it’s six months of soul-searching, life-shifting, heart-warming, spirit-lifting… to get the YOU out of IN THERE and OUT HERE.
Come Out, Come Out, Whoever You Are starts Thursday, October 20th
- The 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month is group coaching led by me;
- The 2nd Thursday is a peer-run mastermind call; and
- The 4th week you will be given an assignment for personal reflection and integration of the concept of the month.
These months will roughly follow this outline:
- Looking Within
- Acknowledging your Value
- Owning your Values
- Embracing your Voices
- Answering the World’s Invitation
- Claiming Your Unique Space in the Global Puzzle
It’s a small, intimate program for only 6-10 people who are truly invested in discovering and then letting out their real selves. Because it’s so small, you’ll have safety, support, accountability, understanding ,and empathy of the other people in the group. It will be about you, but it will also be about this community you’re building together.
